Hotel Lumiere Grande Nagareyama-Otakanomori

Third time coming to this Hotel and it is always a pleasant stay. Nice and spacious room with great service.

Nice location, very polite staff and very clean room. We also enjoyed breakfast buffet.

They have a public bath and a fitness center .Also we could use these places free!And location is excellent right by the train station.

They don’t have closets and a room was little tight.

Everything was approachable, near by, comfortable, my room was big and the toilet was seperated from the shower

In the middle of my second night there was a really strong smell of a burned plastic, like from an electricity spot. I went to the stuff and in the loby the smell was even stronger and he couldn't even smell it. He came to my room and noticed that also but said it is in all of those rooms that share the airways. It bothered me that my stay was with that

Very nice comfy hotel close to shops, restaurants, and train station and bus station...Only downside is, the area is a little boring, its a residential area w almost zero nightlife, but good for business stay and/or to relax

Good location, clean, nice staff

The hotel is bright and contemporary, with access to a train station within 100 feet. There are restaurants, bars, shops and meeting places all around. We had not stayed here before and didn't know what to expect since this was our first trip to Japan. We completely lucked out with this gem of a property!

Honestly, nothing. The property was perfect for our stay as we weren't seeking a resort, but rather a clean, modern, overly friendly hotel with a staff of helpful and welcoming people. We never felt like we were any place but home.

Location is perfect. Breakfast is nice too. Room pretty huge compared with city center.

WiFi is not working. Don't expect to have online meeting at the hotel.

The hotel is new, very nice and clean, with big rooms and all the necessary comfort. Very close to the train station, in a nice area, there are shops with everything you need. We also had a good breakfast. Very close to the hotel, on the other side of the railway, there is a stop for a luxury bus that connects the Haneda Aeroport to the hotel area.

Staff was friendly, reception desk was open 24/7 (great for a late-check). The room was clean and a little more spacious than the typical hotel room in Tokyo proper. Bed was very comfortable. Location is great if you're just staying for a night to go elsewhere. There is a convenience store right downstairs and a good mall nearby, but otherwise not much else to do for a tourist.

Price was a little higher than I expected, but there are only a few options for lodging in this area.

Area is not that exciting but there are some nice restaurants nearby. Sometimes there is noise from rains at night but it’s not constant

Parking will cost you 1500 yen a day at an adjoining (non related) car park.

Location was excellent by train station and shopping, restaurants.Very safe.

Room was small for a two week stay, no drawers to put things in, limited counter space in bathroom. Bed was quite hard and pillows very uncomfortable, two per person by one is filled with hard beans or something. Only one large bath towel per person, and one hand towel, need more for drying long hair.
